Setup says .NET Desktop Runtime is missing
Allow setup to open Microsoft’s official .NET Desktop Runtime 8 x64 installer, complete it, then rerun Free MP3 Cutter Joiner setup.
A file will not open
A familiar extension does not guarantee a supported internal codec. Check whether the file plays elsewhere, is encrypted or damaged, and try a different known-good source.
The joined file has inconsistent volume
Joining puts clips in sequence; it does not master loudness. Normalize or level sources in an audio editor before joining.
Where are outputs saved?
The output destination is shown in the application before you start. The default is a Free MP3 Cutter Joiner folder under your Music library.
How do I report a reproducible problem?
Include Windows version, app version 8.0.0, input/output formats, steps, expected result, actual result and a non-sensitive sample if possible.
Support checklist
Before contacting support, retry with a short non-sensitive sample and keep the original input unchanged. Never send confidential media unless you explicitly intend to share it.
